Guided Feltmaking a Clutch: 2 Sessions

120 New Zealand dollars
Kotuko Road, Rotorua

Service Description

While drinking tea or enjoying a glass of wine, we will be making a clutch using an ancient felting technique. The clutch will be made out of wool called roving. This is the part of the process before the wool is turned into yarn for knitting. We will agitate the wool using various methods until the fibres intertwine and turn into a strong piece of fabric. The process requires time and endurance. Tea, coffee, wine, hot chocolate and snacks will be provided. "I would definitely recommend this class to any group that wants to have fun and make something unique to take home." Nancy Canfield
